Welney WWT

Friday 28th February saw us up at Welney WWT. We had hoped to photograph large numbers of Whooper swans and to get some in flight. Unfortunately the migration had already started and there were only a few swans left there. This didn't distract from the day as on the way in we saw a Barn owl and did manage to get some images during the day.

All in all we had a good day finishing off with a lovely sunset over the washes.
