Our holiday to Wales this year just had to include Red Kites. We saw them most days from where we were staying but went to one of the feeding stations to do the photography.
The original plan was to go up to Gigrin Farm but found one closer to us, Llangadog Red Kite Feeding Station. The kites are fed every day at the same time 3pm during the summer and 2pm during the winter. The numbers start to build up about 30 minuets before feeding by which time there were some 50 plus birds giving us great opportunities to get our images.
